Facility and Field Rentals

CFC Park Facility Rules

  1. Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, officers, and staff of MATCH SAVES llc d.b.a. CFC Arena assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur.
  2. All participants must sign an official CFC Park waiver before entering the fields (players 17 and under need a parent/guardian’s release).
  3. Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship.
  4. At no time shall spectators enter the field to speak with officials, coaches, or players. Any spectator that enters the field to confront an official will be suspended from the facility.
  5. Rude, inappropriate, and disrespectful language in not tolerated.
  6. All teams must be paid in full and all players must sign their team’s waiver before their first game.
  7. No Alcohol or Drug use prior to playing.
  8. The CFC Park does not assume responsibility for any items lost or stolen which include balls stuck in the nets, walls, equipment, or ceilings.
  9. No food or drinks are allowed on the playing field (except water). No alcohol beverages are allowed on the fields.
  10. No chewing tobacco or chewing gum permitted in the facility.
  11. No sunflower seeds or similar type products are permitted in the facility.
  12. No glass containers are allowed on the field.
  13. Please no pets inside the facility.
  14. Children must be supervised at all times. Teams or rentals will be asked to leave if there are unsupervised children.
  15. Soccer balls shall not be kicked against building walls (interior or exterior). Damage caused by these actions shall be the financial responsibility of those caught or their parents or legal guardians.
  16. All play must be conducted as set forth in the LAWS OF THE GAME as modified by this facility.
  17. We reserve the right to refuse play and or service to anyone.
  18. As an indoor sports facility, we will try to stay open in all weather conditions. Our facility does not follow any of the city or county cancellation policies. When we decide to close due to the weather we will post the cancellations on our website. If we remain open for league games and you feel that it is unsafe to come, please stay at home.

CFC Park Soccer League Rules

USSF Outdoor Rules will be played but with the following exceptions:

  • No Offsides.
  • No slide tackling. (This is not applicable to a keeper sliding in his own box. Sliding to stop, trap, kick, or pass the ball when there is clearly no danger to an opponent is not slide tacking and is permitted. All other slide tackles (including ones in the box) will result in an indirect free kick.) Violations will result in an indirect kick.
  • Two – 26 minute halves will be played with running time.
  • Indirect Kick-ins will be used instead of throw-ins.
  • The defenders must be 5 yards from the ball on all kicks.
  • If the ball hits any of the nets above the field, it will be an indirect kick for the opposing team, closest to the spot where it hit.
  • Co-ed teams must have a minimum of 3 females on the field (not including the GK) at all times.
  • Goalkeepers are not allowed to punt from their hands or drop kick the ball.
  • The penalty kick for hand balls or direct fouls in the box will be placed at the top of the goal box.
  • Must be at least 18 to be manager/coach of a team.
  • No gum, food, or drink will be allowed on the field. Any player who is caught will be asked to leave the fields immediately.
  • No substituting on the fly. There must be a stoppage of play and you must have the referees permission per USSF rules.
  • No Spitting
  • Yellow cards and red cards will be issued at the referees’ discretion.
    • Two yellow cards during the same game will result in an immediate ejection from the game.
    • Three yellow cards accumulated during the season will result in a one game suspension.
    • Five yellow cards accumulated during the season will result in a three game suspension.
    • A red card at any time will result in an immediate ejection from the game, a minimum one game suspension and they cannot play the rest of the night.
    • Red cards given for fighting or verbal abuse of referee can carry at least a 2 game suspension. An instigator of a fight (if determined) will receive at least a 3 game suspension.
